North Carolina: Preview

Whoa it's been a whole week since I've blogged!  I had every intention of blogging again last week, but I don't know where the week went!  Towards the end of the week J and I took a short trip down to North Carolina to visit my sister and brother-in-law for his 30th birthday - I was loving NC, but wish we could have stayed longer.  That short of a trip is just a tease of a vacation:)

Of course while I was there I had to take some pictures of my sister.  I love practicing on her because a) she'll do whatever I ask her to do, and doesn't even complain if I let the shoot go on and on and on, and b) she is gorgeous.  Period.  Out of the two of us, she definitely inherited the photogenic gene:)  So I just wanted to post a quick sneak peak, and will definitely be blogging more from our shoot later in the week:

I also decided to steal my sister's Twilight book.  Gail convinced me that I HAVE to read it, so I'm giving it a shot:)  I realize I'm like a year behind, but cut me a break people!  Better late than never, right?

Stay tuned for a longer post later in the week!

Hi Tina – Your pictures are amazing. You are really talented. Lauren gave me your blog site and I’m glad I checked it out. I posted it on my facebook so that people could take a look. By the way I agree with your friend you are going to love the Twilight series. I read all 4 in two week and wish there were more. Can’t wait to see what you post next.

Tina, finish that book and bring it to the beach for me! I loved the picture of Jess (where is she standing, on a parking deck? It’s very neat!) but who ever said you’re not photogenic? Do you ever look at yourself?

i’m not important enough to be mentioned?

Two things:

1) Your sister is GORGEOUS in that shot!

2) Whatever you’re doing over the next two weeks, just cancel it. All of it. You won’t be able to get your nose out of that book or three others that come after it. Don’t be surprised if you have to make a mad dash at 1 a.m. for the next in the series. Like crack, those books are!
