It felt SO good to have a few days off when my good friend Gail came to visit last week:) And I’ve said it before, any time I have an excuse to hit the typical sight-seeing spots in Philly, I’m all about it. Here are a few more shots from our day:

Of course we had to drive down to South Philly so Gail could experience her first REAL Philly cheesesteak at Geno’s – Gail, don’t hate me for posting a picture of you shoving a cheesesteak in your mouth:)

Liberty Bell, with Independence Hall in the background:

Then we were aimlessly walking around the city, and found this little area FULL of these white flowers:

So of course with both of us being photographers, we had a little photoshoot with each other around the city, so get ready for a TON of Gail shots!

Only another photographer would be TOTALLY cool with jumping in the middle of some bushes to get a cool shot:

So pretty!

Love her smile:)

I told Gail that from now on, I want to only go on trips with fellow photographers – it was SO fun to travel around with someone else who is just as obsessed with taking pictures as I am, and will drop what we’re doing to get some shots in awesome light. That’s what we did for the next two shots – we spotted this AMAZING light that, trust me, is VERY rare in Philly:)

Here is my absolute fave shot of Gail – love it!

I’ll post pictures from our days in NYC soon:) Miss you Gail!
