Charlotte Reese

I'm getting to that point in my life where all of my friends are starting to have babies. It's pretty surreal to me that the time to start a family is rapidly approaching (although not in the near future:), in some ways it blows my mind. For right now, I'll stick to visiting my friends' babies, and hold off on my own for a while:)

My good friend April just had her first baby girl, Charlotte, back on December 19th, and I was finally able to visit her for the first time this week. She is SO itty bitty, I think she's only 6 pounds at this point:) How cute is she? (that's Amanda there on the left, her and I went to April's together....love her!)

Little baby yawns are the cutest:)

Charlotte opened her eyes for about 3 seconds during our visit:

Love these girls! PS how amazing does April look 3 weeks after giving birth?! I hope I'm that lucky one day:)

The day was exhausting.

April, it's so fun seeing you as a new momma!

Can't wait to visit Charlotte again soon!!

LOVE THESE SO MUCH! And you’re right…. so weird seeing me with a baby in my arms! Think it’s funny too that I think my shots look almost exactly the same as yours. I’ll get them posted next week. I always have so much fun with you!

Lifestyle Shoots in Review: 2011

This is the first year I did a few "year in review" posts, and I'll definitely be doing it every year. It's fun to compile a bunch of my favorites from the past year and see what I've accomplished. It's pretty crazy to see how much I've shot when I compile all of these shoots together in one post. I kind of forget along the way. As I was putting together the collage for this post, I just smiled. Smiled to know I documented a tiny portion of these couples and families lives, and they now have photos to treasure forever. Smiled because I'm able to do what I love. It just makes me happy to look at this collage of images, I hope you enjoy the recap:)

Can't wait for more in 2012!

Grayson: 1 Year Old

When babies are right around the one year old mark, it's one of the cutest times ever - they're not quite walking, but their expressions are hilarious:) Last week I headed over to Downingtown to take pictures of Grayson, who will be turning one in the beginning of January - he was no exception, I LOVE all of his expressions! He's too cute, look at that smile (by the way, just banging legos above my camera did the trick:)
