All of the pages lay flat, so album spreads can stretch across from one page to the next:

Each book has a custom cover using a picture from your engagement session, and has your name and wedding date printed on as well:

The album spreads are designed using lots of white space, which leaves a lot of room for guests to sign on your wedding day:)

Simon is an AWESOME landscaper – he did all of their landscaping (that patio/fireplace and everything!), and it was even featured in a magazine….I was impressed:)  I think I won brownie points because I knew that the plant in the bottom of the picture was a hosta:)

I LOVE these!  They took a canoe ride the first night they met, so they hopped in for a few pictures:)

Here’s a little info about Adelina – she grew up in South Philly, where there is nothing but concrete….so when she bought a house outside of the city, she really wasn’t a fan of the backyard (having grass and all hah)….she said she rarely steps off the patio, but I was able to get them  out there for a couple shots.  This was Mia’s first time sitting in the grass – it’s always hilarious watching what babies do when they sit in the grass for the first time.  She wasn’t sure what to think at first…

But then she was loving it:)

But Sam & Chris as a couple?  They’re even better together than they are apart – I don’t think I’ve ever met a couple who compliment each other as well as they do.  Sam can fire Chris up when she needs to, and Chris definitely has a very relaaaaaxing effect on Sam – but putting that aside, they’re hilarious together…..which is why this first picture is my FAVORITE from our session:

We had been trying for literally a year to set up a time when I could do a photoshoot for them – guys, I’m so glad it FINALLY happened!  It was worth the wait!  And thanks for being a good sport and putting up with all of my requests Chris – I think later this week I’ll be posting some “out takes” from our session, because they’re hilarious:)   You guys are the best, love you both!

Last weekend I headed down to South Jersey for their engagement session.  They chose to do their session at their house, which I LOVED.  They bought it about two years ago, and it was in ROUGH shape when they bought it.  I would have never guessed it if David hadn’t shown me “before” pictures, because it is SO nice at this point – inside and out.  You can tell they put a TON of hard work into it, so it was a lot of fun doing their session there:)

They have a little ivy-covered shed out back, that I kinda fell in love with:

They have this HUGE willow tree in their back yard, so we definitely had to get some pictures by that sucker:

I get REALLY excited when I see fields full of tall grass….there was one RIGHT in their back yard….how lucky am I??

Under the willow tree…..I think we all got smacked in the face by branches a couple of times.  It was W-I-N-D-Y that day!

So Kari and Dave made a deal.  When she gets a ring, he gets a bike.  Love that idea!  When I got home and told Jay the story he was all “yo, where is my bike”?  My response?  Your gift was me.  You get this chick, for the rest of your life.  Looks like you come out on top Jay:) Hah so we had to get some pictures on the bike:

My Valentine’s Day morning started off in a GREAT way – I shot my first engagement session of 2010 in Center City!  We met up at the Art Museum (the Rocky steps for all you non-Philadelphians out there) and hung out there for as long as we could last in the windy, cold weather.  I should have taken pictures of people sledding down the stairs on random pieces of cardboard while we were taking these pictures….just keepin’ it classy Philly:)

Anyway, on to the pictures!  I think BOTH Jenna and Ryan have the most amazing smiles ever  – don’t you agree?

We met up in Center City Philadelphia on Sunday for their engagement session – I was AMAZED at the weather.  It was such a perfect day – I think I said “can you get over this light?!?!” about 27 times:)  We had so much fun walking around – Katie & Nate, I had a blast hanging out with both of you….you’re such a fun couple and I now can NOT wait for your wedding next November!
