Oh how I loooove little newborn shoots - any excuse to hold a sweet little baby! Stella is the cute-as-can-be daughter of our friends Matt and Meg.....I was so happy that I could meet Stella when she was just under 2 weeks old! Here are some of my favorites of this snuggly little girl:

Check out this cuteness that lives right next door to me:

Isn't Ava the cutest? She was born just one week after my niece:)

Ahh look at that giggle!

Chris + Rachel + Ethan + Ava live right next door to Jay and I....in fact we even share a driveway. Ever since Ava was born, I couldn't wait to take pictures of this foursome:)

Sidenote: Rachel had Ava while I was down in North Carolina for 3 weeks helping my sister with Addy.....so when I drove home and noticed "It's a girl!" balloons on their fence as I pulled in the driveway, I was all "JAY! You didn't tell me Rachel had the baby!" His response...."huh, look at that." So observant:)

Addy’s Newborn Shoot

Nieces should not be allowed to live 7 hours away from their aunts. It's only been two weeks since I've seen Addy Marie, and it feels like 2 months. Sigh. I've finally finished editing all of the pictures I took when I was down in North Carolina for 3 weeks (there were hundreds upon hundreds), so here are a few of my favorites from her newborn shoots:)

If everyone would leave comments telling my sister to move back to Pennsylvania, that would be greatly appreciated.

Baby John: 3 Months

I am SO excited to post this session for 2 reasons - #1, this little guy is SUCH A CUTIE. #2 - it also means I'm introducing a new Lifestyle Package:) This is the first of four shoots with baby John - it was his 3 month old shoot, and I'm also going to be shooting more sessions with him when he is 6 months, 9 months, and 12 months old. I can't wait to be able to watch him grow throughout his first year of life. I'll be posting more on these sessions later:)

Now on to baby John - he was such a good baby for our whole session, even with about 5 different outfit changes:)

Lee: 8 days old

Yay! Lee is finally here! It felt like Mary was pregnant for forever, but finally the time had come about a week and a half ago for Lee to enter the world (after about 19 hours of labor I believe - yikes!). Mary is my first friend to have a baby - and even though I can't believe my friends are starting to have babies (I'll be honest, sometimes I still feel like I'm 16 years old) - it's amazing to see her as a mom. Just from hanging out with them for 2 short hours, I can already see that she is a natural at it. So relaxed, and so happy:) I'm SO glad I had the opportunity to photograph him when he was just 8 days old! Whether he likes it or not, he'll be in front of my camera. A lot. :)

Now on to Lee - I love how smooshy babies are! Look at those cute little lips!
